It will be an opportunity for the public to meet Angels Hospice medical staff who will be providing free assessment and consultation on site for families or their loved ones who has a serious illness such as End Stage Pulmonary Disease, Cardiac Disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Liver, and Kidney Diseases, Coronary Artery Disease, Hodgkin’s Disease, Alzheimer’s Disease, Myasthenia Disease, Renal failure/disease, stroke, Dementia, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), HIV/AIDS, or more. We also offer free blood pressure screening and information about comfort care. This event will be held to introduce the community to resources available for seriously ill patients.
