3 groups, El Payo, Las Guitarras de Espana and Mehran Flamenco Quintet
Mehran and his group will perform some of the music from his 2010 released Cd "Angels of Persepolis" and more of his new compositions.
Mehran was recently featured on NPR's WBEZ radio in Sep 2011. During this interview he performed some of his new compositions live.
Mehran was also featured in a full page article titled "A true world musician" on Vintage guitar Magazine, Feb 2011 issue. His Cd has received rave reviews by Barry Cleveland, editor of Guitar Player Magazine, Progression Mag, Holland's IO Pages, UK's Pipeline Magazine and countless of other national and international publications.
For this performance Mehran will accompany Flamenco dancer Maya Tatiana, former member of Jose Greco dance company.
