Come learn how to create a delicious Persian feast for your loved ones. We will start the class with a cup of authentic loose-leaf Persian tea, flavored with dried cardamom and rosewater, served with sweet Persian treats. Then we will prepare two kinds of rice dishes: Shirin-Polo, a sweet, tangy rice served with saffron; and long-grain Basmati rice. For side dishes we'll make salad Shirazi and Most O Kheiyar.
