We would like to formally invite you to come celebrate Nowruz, Iranian New Years, with students and faculty from Harvard GSAS, Kennedy School, College, Law School, and Medical School. Learn about Nowruz from Professor Mottahedeh (prior director of Harvard’s Center for Middle Eastern Studies and expert on Iranian history and culture), eat delicious Persian food and Central Asian desserts, listen to live traditional Persian music by Pouya and Shooka bands, and dance the night away with DJ Kamran. Most importantly, get to mingle with other fellow Harvard Iranians and those interested in Iranian culture.
