The NexGen Leadership Conference (NLC) is a unique 2-day conference weaving together hands-on professional and leadership development skills as well as opportunities to reflect on the next generation’s role in leading the Iranian American community.
Attendees are early-to-mid-career (age 25-35) Iranian-American leaders who will gain new skills, an expanded network of Iranian Americans across a vast array of professional fields, and a greater awareness of their potential as professionals and leaders.
