This year AGM is open to all interested members of the Iranian community, regardless if they are ICSC member or not. We would like to hear your comments, and let the next board members to enjoy meeting you right at AGM and plan towards your interests. We look forward to your participation and feedback towards building a stronger community.
At the meeting, the current board of directors present a summary of Anjoman plans, activities and functions during 2008-2009 fiscal year, followed by a detailed financial report.
An election will take place and the new board of directors will be elected by current members of ICSC. Please note only members being of the full age of 18 years shall have the right to vote, so it is also important to have your membership cards with you. The absentee members, who cannot attend but would like to vote, should provide a written permission and their valid membership cards to a trusted member in order for their votes to be counted in the election. Please feel free to contact the ICS board members should there be any question or concern.
