The Towson Persian-Language classes (school) is the oldest Persian school in the Baltimore area, located in Towson. The principal of the school since July 1998, Ms. Vida Karimi, coordinates seven classes ranging from pre-school, first to fourth grades, special youth, and adult classes. The school averages 25 to 30 students and employs 6 highly qualified teachers. All Persian classes are held between the hours of 6:00 P.M. to 8:15 P.M. every Friday during the standard school year at the Pine Wood Elementary in Timonium.
