Mr. Dariush Dehghan (Ed.D.) and Ms. Iran Pashai founded the Columbia Persian-Language classes (school) in 1994 located in the scenic city of Columbia, Maryland. At the current time, this school offers classes for pre-schoolers to fifth graders with the average number of students totaling between 45 and 55. This school employs nine highly qualified teachers with an average teaching experience of 15 years for elementary age curriculums. All Persian classes are held between the hours of 6:00 P.M. to 8:15 P.M. every Friday during the standard school year at the Wilde Lake Elementary school in Columbia.
