Known for his public sculptures, artist Bill Duffy discusses his largest and most inspiring piece commissioned for a museum in Tennessee. His life-sized Clinton 12 recreates the moment in 1958 when a dozen Tennessee teenagers became the first southerners to integrate a public high school. Duffy discusses his process, shows a short video and invites the group to consider integration’s impact on Baltimore. Duffy's wife Dr. Farifteh Firoozmand-Duffy keeps the evening internationally connected by serving Persian cuisine.
