We will perform four selections from different eras, each of which focuses on a different aspect of justice in Persian history and culture. From a 13th century citizen’s defiant determination for just governance, to the just warrior of Persian mythological poetry fighting for his nation against all odds, to contemporary reflections on justice, you will experience the passion and energy of the struggle for justice via the spoken word.
