Finding the group:
NANNETTE is the GREETER for this event.
Please look at the RSVP list for their picture so you might be able to spot them at the restaurant. The hostess stand will know where our party is if you arrive and we have already been sat. An email with their cell phone number will be sent only to attendees (for the greeters privacy) the day of the event in case all of the above is not enough.
Note To Interested Parties: If this event is full and you would like to attend?just type us a note with your? NO? RSVP and let us know if you would like to be notified if a spot becomes available, then I will send you an email if someone changes their mind. This happens quite frequently usually a day or two before the event.
Our RSVP Guideline: If you RSVP 'yes' for an event we DO expect your participation. So if we have a member who RSVP's 'yes' and does not show up THREE times, they will be removed from the group. Just remember that you can change your RSVP at any time before the event and will not be penalized. Thanks for your understanding!
