Hasan and Amir, From August 1999 to November 2003, pedaled some 64,000 kilometers across five continents carrying the Iranians’ message of peace to the people of every continent.
Their new tour was originally intended to pass through Alaska and the North Pole, however the post-election crack down of Iranian government redirected them to the United States, where they believe public opinion will support the democratic movement of Iranian people. They say: "We left our country, hopeful and looking forward to a bright horizon, just to pay our dues to our green movement, to the best our ability."
