Join us for a book signing by author, Farnaz Kamalian on her newly published book, " From Tehran to Texas". There will be Q & A by the author after the book signing.
Admission fee- This includes a book and a portion of the proceeds will go to Dr. Milani-Center for Health and Human Rights. Admission will be collected at the door.
Farnaz Kamalian was born in Tehran, Iran during the time of the Shah. Growing up during the Iranian Revolution, she chafed at the restrictions and lack of freedom. This book is the story of her journey from Iran to America and her challenges and observations about both cultures as she learns to live in America.
