Kiyanaa is a system of inner work designed to assist the development and fulfillment of human potential.
At a deeper level, Kiyanaa represents a language and syntax of meaning, such that learning and doing the exercises is akin to reading a book of knowledge.
The main part of session is dedicated to gymnastic exersices, calisthenic movements, acrobatic dance and whirling. The whirling is attributed to Sama'a .
