We, Iranians, celebrate our new year exactly on the spring equinox and appreciate the changes coming along in the nature. The Iranian new year in Persian is called Norooz which means "the new day": This year we have some new fiends who are very motivated to introduce this event to everybody who is interested.
There will be a small reception with some sweet and cookies and you will see the decorations that we do for our new year. I expect that it is going to be a cozy and nice experience so please join us and share a cheerful and happy spirit with us. you can just drop by after work and have some good time.
