The Persian Nights raw food supper club will be based on the classic ingredients from Persia and will include fabulous dishes such as hummus, flatbreads, falafel, jeweled rice, kebabs, baklava, halva and of course, Persian chai. I will be featuring some key, classic ingredients, whilst at the same time keeping it raw, vegan and free from refined sugar.
