Iranian-born dancer and choreographer, now based in Norfolk, VA, Mohammadreza Moradi will lead us in a high-energy aerobics class based on Iranian modern and folkloric dances. Both men and women are encouraged to attend and experience the energizing flavors of these wildly popular and spirited dances, such as Azeri, Kordi and bandari dances! Dance shoes are highly recommended, such as ballet slippers or aerobic shoes. Street shoes are not permitted in the studio.

This is a high-energy class that will make you move and sweat! Please dress appropriately and bring water.
MEMBERS: This is a special class with a guest instructor from out of town and therefore is not an option as a make-up class. Please register if you would like to attend.
This class always sells out. Register now to get your spot!
