This evening, Mamak will be previewing songs from her next album, Green Volume.
Inspired by the poetry and paintings of Iranian artist Sohrab Sepehri. Mamak’s original musical compositions in Green Volume share a message of peace and understanding of what is most sacred in the natural world, as expressed in Sepehri’s contributions to the cannon of Persian literature culture, history and traditions. Mamak will also present songs from her solo album Jostojoo, produced by Jamshid Sharifi and Axiom of Choice.
