The NexGen Leadership Conference (NLC) is a 2-day retreat weaving together tangible professional and leadership development skills with the essential space to reflect on the next generation’s role in leading the Iranian American community.The goal is for every participant to leave the NLC with new skills, an expanded network, and a greater awareness of his/her potential as a talented professional and brilliant leader.
