Nasser Rahmaninejad is a prominent director and playwright from Iran. His new play, Between the Grave and the Moon: Chronicle of a Poet's Death, recounts the last days of the Iranian poet Mohammad Mokhtari before he was murdered by the Islamic Republic of Iran's agents. This theatrical monologue is an effort to resurrect the voice of the poet to describe his own last days.
