Recipes and instructions for:
1- koku sabzi (Persian style fritata with spinach and chives)
2- flafel, ( chickpea patties with herbs and spices)
3- mast o khiar (yogurt salad with raisins and nuts)
4- the famous babaghanoush (roasted eggplant and garlic in yogurt).
