Reflection of Silence: An exploration of Persian and Kurdish Music.
2016 UK Tour - Live in Manchester
From out of the Silence come ripples, softly rising, like waves on a lake, so green, tender as the breath of spring, as the ancient harp plays melodies of a sacred musical lore… and we seize magic of this moment to reflect, and listen to our hearts.
We are delighted to invite you to another night of musical mastery where traditional Persian, Kurdish and classical music come together in an enthralling collaboration of four highly acclaimed artists who share a passion for creative improvisation.
Reflection of Silence explores a living musical heritage in a contemporary setting to take us on a journey in time to thousands of years of mystical wisdom in the cultures of the Silk Road.
