Norooz (Parsi: New day) is the name of the Persian new year that has been celebrated for over 3,000 years on the first day of Spring.
We are excited to celebrate Norooz and rebirth of the Earth on March 20th at the University of Calgary.
Come and enjoy the variety of performances including folk dances, traditional music performances, calligraphy, and poetry.
