He has performed worldwide and won several prestigious awards. His compositions are played by many of Iran's most celebrated artists, as well as the Kronos Quartet. Kalhor is also one of the founders of the Persian/Indian tro Ghazal.
Erdal Erzincan is one of the most prominent musicians in Turkey, a virtuoso of the baglama! He works within the ancient sufi tradition, where music was used in alongside meditation.
